ProdBIM at Interclima and Chillventa 2024

Data solutions and new building technology continue to be pivotal in shaping innovation and sustainability standards across the HVAC and AEC industries. In the upcoming weeks, two major events are held in Paris and Nuremberg, with these topics at their core.

Interclima 2024

October 1-4, Paris – Eurovent/ProdBIM Booth : Hall 3, Booth J078

Landing at at Parc des Expositions Paris Nord Villepinte, one of the largest venues for HVAC-R and construction events, Interclima will focus on the intersection between digital transformation and energy solutions. Over 200 exhibitors will gather during the three days.

Key Highlights and Technical Insights

  • Energy: The event will spotlight cutting-edge HVAC technologies aimed at improving energy efficiency. Innovations include advanced variable refrigerant flow (VRF) systems, high-efficiency air handling units (AHUs), and heat recovery ventilators (HRVs).

  • Sustainable Building Practices: With an emphasis on reducing carbon footprints, Interclima will highlight eco-friendly HVAC systems and renewable energy integration. Key trends include the use of low-GWP refrigerants and advanced heat pump technologies.

  • Regulatory Compliance: The event will address the latest regulatory changes affecting HVAC-R systems, including updates to energy performance and environmental impact standards.

Chillventa 2024

October 8-10, Nuremberg – Eurovent/ProdBIM booth : Hall 7, Booth 7-740

Nuremberg Exhibition Center will be the place. While the event is known for its comprehensive focus on refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation, and heat pumps, this year’s edition will bring extra novelty and focus on natural refrigerants, smart technologies, and sustainable practices, counting over 500 exhibitors on site.

Key Highlights and Technical Insights

  • Natural Refrigerants and System Innovations: Chillventa will showcase advancements in natural refrigerants such as CO₂ and propane, which offer lower environmental impact compared to traditional refrigerants. Innovations include transcritical CO₂ systems and ammonia-based solutions.

  • Circular Economy and Resource Efficiency: The event will feature strategies for implementing circular economy principles in HVACR, including eco-design and waste reduction.

  • Regulatory Updates: among the main topics, we expect insights on F-Gas Regulation, impacting refrigerant management and product certification.

During both events, our team will be present to advise on how the ProdBIM’s data holistically support manufacturers' journey according to the current industry standards. That includes the opportunity of booking an interactive session with our team, get a tour of our digital tools, and learn on how we can allow manufacturers to propagate their data from source to fruition with optimal searchability, interoperability, and consistency.
