We are part of the international team feeding into the development of CEN/TC 442- Building Information Modelling (BIM), a structured set of standards, specifications and reports which define, describe, exchange, monitor, record and securely handle asset data, semantics and processes.
We serve a prominent position in developing the BIM ecosystem as a Board member of the BuildingSMART French chapter, and we are part of the Eurovent working groups linked with digitalisation and regulations of data in the industry.

A portal or system dedicated to Product Information Management (PIM) is vital when it comes to managing and updating data, offering a wide range of benefits. Among those, the opportunity to create standardised, interoperable data, which is also agile and flexible.

ProdBIM has worked with BIM&CO to develop an offering specifically for certified manufacturers. Along with selected free services, BIM&CO is offering significantly discounted pricing on both BIM services (such as BIM object creation) and platform subscriptions.
Management of EPREL product declarations and updates
Since 1 January 2019, suppliers (manufacturers, importers or authorized representatives) are required to obtain for their products an EU energy label in the EPREL database before placing them on the EU market. Our platform offers a simplified workflow to perform these duties, generating EPREL files ready for upload.
